Moody Spring Wedding at Tin Roof Farms

The weather for this wedding couldn’t have stopped a great team from pulling out all the stops to give our couple a beautiful day! It was a dreary and humid spring day, but it only added to the ambiance you can see through these photos.

My favorite part was the head table. Set in front of the mantle filled with candles and flowers, we used small arrangements and candles to set the scene. It was adorned with a specialty linen, custom menus, chargers and napkins.

The flowers were all light, pastel colors and had a whimsical look to them. For a more true-to-color view, be sure to hop over to our instagram and look for this wedding. We loved every bit of it!

Fall Elopement Shoot at Clark's Hill Lake

Two words to make your florist swoon: Creative Freedom! We were given little guidance on creating these florals for a photoshoot this fall, using seasonal florals was our only goal. I used some of my favorite fall blooms like heirloom chrysanthemums and snapdragons to create a warm and inviting bouquet and accents for a fun hat. It’s wonderful to have a client’s trust and some beautiful things can happen when you get that.

Dreamy Garden Wedding at Barnsley Resort

Aren’t we all dreaming of spring after the arctic blast most of the US just experienced? I know I am! This wedding back in April was one of my favorites of 2022. It had light accents of peachy-pink flowers throughout its elegantly neutral palette. We added just a hint of whimsy by using vines throughout the personal flowers and event space.

We used numerous styles of centerpieces to accent the venue and had lush greenery throughout their ceremony and reception at The Ruins. From the chandeliers to the bars, the lounge space to the head table, nothing was left without at least a little accent.

The ceremony backdrop was covered in vining roses and jasmine and needed little accent apart from the flowers we peppered into the vines.

I hope you enjoy looking through this gallery as much as I enjoyed working on the wedding florals!

Rustic Wedding in Waynesboro

Our bride loved large, elegant flowers but still wanted a rustic look to fit with her farm-style venue. We filled her bouquet with peonies, playa blanca roses, and the soft hues of eucalyptus to get a lush and full but comfortable look. We brought the rustic look together with the use of our wooden centerpiece boxes and wood slices for beneath the other candle arrangements, and our arbor to decorate the ceremony chapel.

Be sure to check out the highlight on our Instagram titled “Rental Items” for a closer look at what we offer to rent, after perusing this gorgeous gallery of course!

Colorful Summer Wedding

I was so excited when Kelsey from Bottom Line Bakery and Salty Tomatoes Food Truck reached out to me to do her wedding flowers. I had simultaneous feelings of honor and pressure, because and she’s probably been to just as many wedding deliveries as I have! I’m happy to say that the flowers were a hit.

We went back and forth on the color palette and design choices in the few weeks leading up to the celebration, ultimately landing on a wildflower-inspired fall palette. It was so fun to work on this one. The colorful gallery is below!

Lovely in Lavender at Pine Knoll Farms

This has to be one of the most calming color palettes we have worked in! The lavender and light blue combined with lighter green hues was the perfect start to the Spring season in Augusta. Not to mention, this wedding happened on Master’s weekend so it felt like the calm in the middle of the storm.

We used a couple of centerpiece options to add some interest to the Magnolia Barn at Pine Knoll Farms: low floral arrangements and a lush base around a cylinder vase trio with candles. The cross base from the Kelly Chapel was moved in front of the sweetheart table during cocktail hour. Love the ability to repurpose ceremony florals like this!
