Anniversary Wedding at the Old Medical College

When your workplace has plans that don’t coincide with your wedding plans, you get the paperwork done and celebrate later, just as these two did! Almost exactly a year later, this sweet couple was able to pull off a wonderful wedding celebration at the original venue after relocating states away.

One of my favorite parts of the wedding was accenting the existing fountain and stairwells at the ceremony location with florals. I love using existing architecture in our wedding designs. You chose that venue for a reason, right? Let’s flower it! The gallery is below for this traditional southern wedding at the Old Medical College in Augusta.

Dreamy Lavender Wedding on a Family Farm

The last couple of years have brought many changes to the event industry, one being a move towards more weddings at family homes. This spring wedding on a family farm was just that! A gathering of loved ones in an inviting and rustic atmosphere, with light and airy floral accents to frame the day. Our bride’s favorite flower was a gerbera daisy, so of course we integrated those into the wedding design. They were framed by soft roses and textured thistle, among others. This gallery makes me just want to take a deep breath and soak it all in!

Romantic Burgundy and Plum Wedding on the Canal

Calling all the dark red, plum, and blush flowers for this summer bride! She wanted a dramatic and romantic look for her July wedding at Savannah Rapids Pavilion. We lined the aisle with low, growing arrangements and had two styles of centerpieces at the reception. Their sweetheart table was also framed with a border of cylinder vases with candles and greenery in the windowsills to set the mood. I loved working in this unique, darker palette for the summer, and I will never complain about being in air conditioning while setting up flowers! Loved every bit of this colorful soiree.

Pastel Fall Wedding at Pine Knoll Farms

While we love bright colors, it’s no secret we gravitate towards pastel designs throughout the year. This Pine Knoll wedding had such a soft color palette, it complimented the early fall weather perfectly!

We did two installations on the ceremony cross and greens in the decanter vases in the chapel, while the reception space got an assortment of bridesmaids bouquets w/ greenery around the base (great way to repurpose all 11 of them! Yes, 11 bridesmaids!), large lanterns with florals, and my favorite: one of a kind antique spheres with florals and greenery growing within them.

Montaluce Winery Wedding Preview

This wedding at Montaluce Winery in Dahlonega, Georgia was an absolute wonder. Between the sweetest couple, the best vendors around, breathtaking scenery and dreamy florals, we loved working on this for our bride and groom.

We used a low and growing ceremony semicircle of flowers, lush barrel topper arrangements in gold vases, more candles than you’d believe, bud vases, and greenery throughout the venue. Most of the ceremony florals were repurposed at the reception, as well. Win, win! If you were ever wondering what our design style is, this wedding embodies it perfectly.

The preview/sneak peek gallery is below. Be on the lookout for more!

A New Take on Autumn at Enterprise Mill

Unique color palette: check! During our consultation call our couple had just a few requests, one of them being a unique mix of colors for their flowers. They asked for a mix of lavender and dark red, which was something I hadn’t personally put together yet. I was so excited to work on something new for them! The other idea they had was something akin to hanging paper cranes for the gazebo. I suggested we use small white spray roses to mimic this effect and it was a hit! We completed the ceremony with lush fern and eucalyptus runners for each side of the aisle. The reception used our gold stands to hold centerpieces both atop and within them and add some interest. We used larger versions of these for the sign in and dessert table. A little something new for this October wedding!
